Guided Meditation For Relieving Anxiety

Hello, and welcome to my meditation for managing and reducing anxiety. I hope this aids you whenever you need it, and can learn to apply it to your everyday life.


To begin, get settled anywhere you can, and be sure you can sit in a position that doesn't create any tension.You may sit with a blanket or even on a couch if you like, so long as you won't be distracted.

Now, let's start taking deep breaths in through our nose, and noticing how the air enters in and leaves. Every time you breath out, envision yourself clearing out any bad or unsettling energies and becoming lighter. In..........and out. Embody the feeling of freedom.

Repeat this with me-
I am not limited by my beliefs. I am not constrained by anything but the thoughts in my head, which I can change. I choose to acknowledge that I can relax, and taking time for myself is essential in my self care. I let myself relax, because nothing is more important than my well being. I am. I am here, and am lucky to have this day- therefore I will take care of myself so I can enjoy it more.

Breathe in, and out.Feel yourself breathing, and let whatever is making you feel like this wash away.

I change what I have control over, but realize there is no use in worrying over events that cannot be changed. My time right now, in fact, is productive and changing the future for the better as I am serving myself. When I serve myself and give myself the time I deserve to relax, there's more of me to give to everyone else.

Turn your focus onto your physical state. Heighten your self awareness, and notice the spaces carrying the most tension..............First, know that it is okay to feel this way- we all will from time to time... To better get in a state of ease, though, let's practice taking a step back and relaxing these areas - one by one, go through them and visualize them softening, flowing into relaxation even. See your muscles release the stress, let it go.....

One by One.... at your own pace.... See the relaxation through every area

Go through all parts of your body until you are a complete embodiment of calm and flow..................

Don't forget to keep some attention on your breathing patterns. Breathe fully inward, letting your stomach inflate..... then let go and breathe out without any struggle.Take the time to enjoy your breath...

Breathing in relaxation, breathing out fully, releasing all tension or stress.........

Know you can use this technique and this recording anytime you like, wherever you are. You can always find a state of calm, and can always let go of unwanted feelings. It's all in learning to and making a habit of it. I hope you enjoyed this meditation, and feel free to check out my other ones.

Keep breathing, and take this relaxed state with you today. Now, open your eyes (if they were closed), and take a moment to increase your energy. Become more alert to your surroundings, and sit with yourself for a minute, maybe even stretching a little. Thank you for joining me.........
